Complete Residence is Wolski Studio’s fully managed residential interior design service. It is intended for clients who expect not only a bespoke interior concept, but also the guidance and coordination required to turn that concept into a completed home.
The scope can extend from interior design and documentation to material and furniture specifications, procurement, contractor and supplier coordination, deliveries, installation and the final arrangement of the residence.
In its most comprehensive form, the service prepares the home for immediate use — including furniture, decorative lighting, window treatments, textiles, tableware and accessories. The result is a residence that is ready for its owners to arrive with their luggage and begin living in from the first day.

More than an interior design
A design defines how a home should look and function. Complete Residence also addresses the journey from an approved concept to the finished interior.
A large residence involves hundreds of interconnected decisions: spatial and technical solutions, materials, bespoke joinery, furniture, orders, production lead times, construction schedules, deliveries and installation.
Each decision affects the others. A delayed order can change the sequence of work, while a seemingly minor site decision can compromise proportions, detailing or the way the entire interior functions.
For this reason, our involvement does not end when the drawings are issued. Wolski Studio remains engaged throughout the agreed stages of delivery, maintaining continuity between the design, purchasing, on-site work and final furnishing of the home.
Who this service is for
Complete Residence is designed primarily for owners of residences, large private houses and high-end apartments who want one studio to create the interior concept and guide the subsequent stages of its implementation.
This service is particularly appropriate when:

- the project requires cooperation between many contractors, manufacturers and suppliers;
- a significant part of the interior is made to order;
- the client wants to reduce their involvement in day-to-day coordination;

The client remains involved in the decisions that shape the home, without having to manage every quotation, order, delivery and technical coordination issue personally.
One process — from concept to completed home
The exact scope of Complete Residence is defined individually. It may include every stage described below or an agreed, coherent part of the process.
Investment review and delivery strategy
We begin by reviewing the building documentation, the current stage of the development, the programme and the needs of its future residents.
We define the project scope, priorities, decision-making process, communication structure and the anticipated sequence of work with contractors, specialist consultants and suppliers.
At this stage, we also establish which responsibilities are managed by Wolski Studio, which remain with the client and which belong to the construction team and other project participants.
Interior design and documentation
We develop the spatial layout and a complete interior concept covering proportions, materials, colour, lighting, bespoke elements and furniture.
Visualisations allow the client to understand and approve the principal design direction before major orders and implementation work begin.
We prepare interior design documentation and guidelines for the relevant specialist designers and consultants. The exact scope is adapted to the building, the proposed solutions and the agreed delivery structure.
Materials, furniture and equipment
We specify finishing materials, sanitaryware, decorative lighting, furniture, fabrics, rugs and other elements of the interior.
The result is not simply a list of products. Every choice should follow one consistent concept and respond to the scale, architecture and intended use of the home.
Where required, we organise sample presentations, showroom meetings, consultations with manufacturers and the preparation of mock-ups or prototypes for bespoke solutions.
Bespoke elements
We design custom joinery, stone and metalwork, as well as other elements developed specifically for the residence.
We coordinate their refinement with the relevant makers, review materials and samples, and assess whether proposed solutions remain consistent with the design. This allows elements produced by different specialists to form one coherent interior language.
Quotations, orders and procurement
Within the agreed scope, we obtain and organise quotations, check proposed products against the design and prepare schedules that support informed purchasing decisions.
We can manage the ordering process, monitor confirmations, availability and production lead times, and respond when a discontinued or delayed item requires a suitable alternative.
The contractual and financial arrangements with manufacturers, suppliers and contractors are agreed before implementation begins.
Implementation coordination and design oversight
Wolski Studio remains involved while the interior is being delivered. We clarify the documentation, participate in discussions requiring design judgement and monitor consistency with the approved concept within the scope of our appointment.
We coordinate the sequence of interior-related activities and the flow of information between the client, contractors and suppliers. When unforeseen site conditions arise, we assess their impact on the design and propose an appropriate response.
The frequency of site visits, reporting method and extent of ongoing coordination are adapted to the scale, location and programme of the project.
Deliveries and installation
A large number of individual orders requires careful planning. Items should arrive when they can be received, checked, stored safely and installed in the correct sequence.
Within the agreed scope, we plan furniture and equipment deliveries, coordinate installation dates and align them with the progress of other work. This helps reduce the risk of delays, damage and avoidable conflicts between different teams.
Final installation and styling
The final stage includes positioning furniture, installing decorative lighting, arranging rugs and textiles, and refining the composition of each interior.
This is the point at which a project becomes a real home. We review the relationships between individual elements, the proportions and the way each space functions, making final adjustments that require design judgement.
The move-in-ready option
In the most comprehensive version of Complete Residence, the home is prepared not merely for the end of construction, but for its owners to live in immediately.
The scope may include:
- curtains, blinds, rugs and other textiles;
- bed linen, throws, cushions and towels;
- tableware, glassware and cutlery;
- essential kitchen equipment;
- decorative lamps and accessories;
- books, decorative objects and selected works of art;
- furniture and equipment for terraces or recreational areas;
- final placement and arrangement of all agreed elements.
The specification is tailored to the residents’ lifestyle. The aim is not to fill the rooms with generic objects, but to create a coherent and personal interior that feels complete, comfortable and ready to use from the first day.
One vision, many specialists
Delivering a residence requires cooperation between architects, engineers, specialist designers, site managers, contractors, joiners, stone fabricators, manufacturers, installers and suppliers.
Complete Residence does not replace their specialist expertise or statutory responsibilities. Wolski Studio’s role is to lead the interior design and, within the agreed scope, coordinate the process so that decisions made by many participants continue to serve one approved vision.
Before work begins, we define the division of responsibilities, communication process and authority of each party. This allows the client to understand who is responsible for each action throughout the project.
Quality control and informed decisions
The quality of a high-end interior does not result from the price of its materials alone. It depends on consistency, the correct sequence of work and careful resolution of the points at which different elements and technologies meet.
We therefore review samples and workshop drawings, advise on matters requiring design judgement and participate in inspections of elements included within our scope. Identified discrepancies are documented and referred to the appropriate project participant for clarification or correction.
Not every unexpected site condition can be prevented. It can, however, be recognised early, assessed in relation to the whole design and addressed before it becomes a costly or difficult-to-reverse problem.
When to begin the conversation
The most appropriate time to contact us is when the client already owns the property, has an approved architectural design or is progressing with construction and can provide an indicative programme.
Beginning early allows the process to be structured, key decisions to be planned in advance and long production lead times for bespoke elements to be taken into account.
We can also join a project at a more advanced stage. In that situation, we first assess the current state of the work, existing commitments and the decisions that can still be influenced realistically.
